Welcome to the site Alex!
Nothing wrong with hardtail Downhill!! i only switched to full sus last year after over 2 years riding hardtail. A hardtail is a great bike for Wentwood. Lanvaches is very close oto wentwood, i use to ride up there that way but i go through parc seymour now. Just stick a link in the rides section if you are planning on going up to the track or anywhere else in Wentwood. :)

Hello, im an old git (veteran sounds better eh?) who still downhills, not as fit or fast as I was and definately a bit rusty this past year, but always up for a challenge
Looking forward to riding your track (drove up today but couldnt find it....ended up plowing through a load of very sloppy enduro type stuff..not very fast or exciting)...
Cheers.....Cowboy

Welcome Jake,
Road gap isnt to bad you just need to get your speed out of the corner before it.
I might be up this saturday if you was interested in a ride. Visit the ride board for some more info :)

Hello my name is Chris, I live near Bristol and I like riding bicycles in the mud.

I came over and rode the downhill track over a year ago now and met some of you guys, but I haven't got around to visiting since.

I'd like to come over and ride sometime and see how you're getting on with the track. Is anyone going to be riding/building tomorrow (Sun 7th) or next weekend?

I haven't left yet. I'll try to get there for 2:30 too. I'm not sure I can remember where the track is from the car park, so you'll probably see me wandering round the woods lost!
